Ok so I’ve had this “mosquito bite” for past several days down around my nether region. Been just putting steroid cream on it. This morning I looked and I thought it was just a little blood bubble and was gonna pop it. That’s when I realized it was a dang tick. I prob got it Monday when I was down at camp. I sort of freaking out now because it’s kinda got a rash around that area. Thought about getting on some antibiotics just as a precaution. What have y’all done in past. I haven’t had a tick bite in years. 😡

Not much you can do. It'll take six months for it to completely clear up.

I pull off dozens of attached ticks every year. They always leave a rash for a week or so. I usually put alcohol on them to help with the itch.

Since it’s in your nether region mark the edge of the rash with a pen and see if it expands over the next 24 hours. If it grows you need to go see a doc about it. If it stays the same or lessens then you should be good. Some tick bites will be itchy and red for a few days but will otherwise go away. Then again, I got into some small ticks once and ended up having to get on an antibiotic regimen to get rid of an infection in my knee from them. If it gets larger or becomes more swollen, antibiotics might be a good idea. This

I’ve had Lyme and RMSF. I would recommend this:
Go to the doctor but it takes a certain amount of time for either to show in your blood. Lyme shows pretty quick but RMSF can take 4 weeks to present. If you have a positive test they’ll immediately put you on a strong antibiotic (mine was Doxy) and refer you to an infectious disease doctor.
Whatever you do don’t ignore it because you’ve got the classic beginning. Tick was on for 48 hours plus, now rashes are presenting so something is going on.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

This... if it was attached for over 48 hours your chance of disease is much higher. If you have a doctor that's accepting call ins, give him/her a ring and explain what's going on and request a round of antibiotics - that's the very least you should do.
