They are expensive I know that.
However I have become pretty fond of my air fryer and definitely think these can do the job.
They don't have an exact temp it's only a range.
They do require an electrical plug as well as your propane.
The baskets are dishwasher safe which is excellent.
Only 2 of the 3 baskets are fryers and one is a warming drawer.
However interchangeable so you can just move the food youve cooked to there without having to dump it in.
They are close to $600. So a griddle with lid and an air fryer separated will be less.

That's my thoughts I've weighed over.

anybody ever tried to get any customer service out of Blackstone? You'll see plenty of "satisfied customers" from a great product, but you try to get any support from them yourself....let me know how it goes. It took a couple of months to get a reply and they had my $$$ longer than that, but I didn't have a griddle to show for it and crickets from support. No, I wasn't the only one.

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Wife and kids bought me one for a birthday/Father's day about 2 months ago. I guess you can say I got a combo for a combo... wink

Honestly, if I would have bought it myself....I doubt that I would have sprung for the combo. BUT.....I have really enjoyed cooking with mine. Can crank out some amazing food with it. Cooking fries in the air fryer while cooking burgers, dogs, onions and shrooms is pretty awesome. You only need the outlet for the air fryer - it powers the fan only. Throw your stuff in the box, spray a little pam on the food, and let it cook. I have fallen in love with mine.
