I wonder if any civil actions will be filed against him by people who had their property destroyed in the riot. I dunno. But the Mayor shouldn't get away with what he done (or should i say didnt do)

How is inciting a riot just a Level A misdemeanor?
Encouraging, prompting, promoting, convincing people to destroy, loot, damage, injure people and otherwise cause problems is only a misdemeanor?

Great news. I can only hope his fledgling career is over, done, kaput. In other news, the woman who was arrested in Mobile recently for breaking out the windshield of a police car during the "protest" and was involved in trying to stop traffic on I-10 is facing Federal charges with a sentence of five years. All this is too little, but it's something. Federal case
