According to B'ham News police/crime reporter Carol Robinson's tweet, Jermaine "Funnymaine" Johnson has been charged with inciting a riot. After surrendering to B'ham PD, he was booked and paid a $500 bond before being released.
Only story I've seen is hers that links to al.com but I'm not posting it because f*ck al.com
Predictably the charges were dropped.
