I like the way you did it and serving it with grits. We've done shrimp and grits and we've done New Orleans BBQ shrimp, but we've never combined the two. that's a great idea. The picture of your grilling area reminds me that I've got to get to work on covering mine. It's my next big project up here at the cabin.
