Store owner shot and killed a looter breaking into his store and the store owner is now in custody. If he is white, he gone.
And THAT pisses me off worse than the killing of the black guy. It should be all out war on the looters. KILL them ALL!
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

If the guy in Georgia had not been scoping the place out and where he did not belong then he still would be alive. The context of using the man in Georgia was in reference to how the media spins things and shows just enough to play their agenda you dimwit so people will bit off and jump to conclusions before all of the facts are out.

Has an autopsy been completed showing the cause of death? If not how can anyone say the policemans actions caused his death for certain? What if the guy had a heart attack and died?

THAT is what everybody needs to be waiting for. But, blacks can burn and loot at will every time that get pissed off knowing they will be allowed to do so with no consequences afterwards. Let a bunch of pissed off white men try this and see what happens. Oh yeah, pissed off white men are too busy earning a living at their JOB to fill the streets and do illegal things. The leeches and dregs of society are the ones that loot and burn.

uh, because they were trained NOT to do what they did, due to the fact that it is known to causes heart attacks.

He had his knee on the man’s neck for 9 minutes. Have you wanted the video? The guy wasn’t moving and he still had his knee on his neck. He had his hands in his pockets, knee on the neck of a hand cuffed prone man like he was just relaxing.
When every police agency in the county comes out to say that isn’t proper procedure, you still want to claim the officer wasn’t in the wrong?
Preexisting condition or not, that man is dead because the officer keep his knee on his neck for 9 minutes.

So if you put your knee on my neck for 9 minutes I am going to die guaranteed?

I am not saying the officer was in the right obviously but I am not going to scream murderer until their is medical evidence that shows his actions caused the death. If that is what the autopsy shows then that's what I will call it.

I bet if any of your loved ones NECK was under that cops knee for 10 minutes some of you would have a very different opinion on this matter. That is all carry on.

I preexisting condition doesn’t negate a murder. If someone is dying of cancer and has days to live and a suffocate them, I murdered them. If someone has a heart condition and I suffocate them, I murdered them. My action caused their death, preexisting condition or not.
If this man had died quickly, it would be different. But, the officer was on his neck for 9 minutes. Even after he was cuffed and not moving. He wasn’t struggling to keep him still or keep him from fighting.

Have any of you seen the video of the protesters attacking the elderly white lady in a wheelchair that was trying to block them from looting? I wonder why that didn't make the news?

That is horrible and is a crime. But, it doesn’t excuse the police.
I love when people on here say, well this happened too, like that makes the first crime okay. I mean a white guy got killed, so why is it a big deal if a black guy is killed. I tend to look at it not that a black man was killed by police, but that a man was unjustly killed by a police officer.

earlier in the thread i posted the definition of Positional asphyxia which has been medically proven to cause heart attacks and death.

If the black man had just done what he was ask/told to do then he would still be alive. Just like that innocent jogger that was just looking for a house to buy over in Georgia. Do the people not see the common thread. Don’t see any white folks dying like that. And yes I’m sure there are but ol whitey is not race baiting or newsworthy enough for the liberal media.
The guy in Georgia jogging was killed by a man and son in the neighborhood not a cop,he doesn’t have to stop for people he doesn’t know.

Amazing what some of you consider to be capital offenses punishable by death nowadays...by civilians, nonetheless.
I wouldn't have stopped for two yahoos in a pickup truck, either.
