When I grabbed the shrimp for the shrimp boil at work, I got a few extra for just us. I decided to whip up some shrimp and grits on the egg. I might be biased, but they were the best I’ve ever had thumbup

That is completely different method, yet similar ingredients to the way Mrs. Irish does it. I like the way you did it and serving it with grits. We've done shrimp and grits and we've done New Orleans BBQ shrimp, but we've never combined the two. that's a great idea.

The picture of your grilling area reminds me that I've got to get to work on covering mine. It's my next big project up here at the cabin.

My dad made the table for me. I told him he should start building them to sell!

Good looking dish. Gonna try that just curious as to which sausage you used.

I typically use Andouille, but I have used Conecuh before.
