coach2 OP 6 point C Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 956	Neck has been acting up.....doc gave me some of this.....anyone have any experience with it? Good or bad? I’m always a little reluctant to take things although you can get this otc now.

Well I wasn't gonna share that info but since you let the cat out of the bag The magnesium supplement is a great idea since it is a natural muscle relaxer but just be cautious because too much will loosen bowels...youll know when you've had too much When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be
