Free pups

I had an accidental breeding between one of my Bay dogs and my Catchdog so these pups are free. They are 1/2 Catahoula 1/2 Bulldog. Located in Millry, AL.

That would make an interesting addition to a tracking team.....Do you train them to be a catch dog or does that just come naturally?

How old are they? I done messed up and showed a picture of them to my wife......In the last pic, is the one in the top left with the white chest and white spot on its nose a female?? Are you by any chance headed toward Montgomery/Auburn any time soon?

Well dang...….If that one is a male.....Do you have any spotted females?....Actually let me ask this question first since its what I care more about than color....that's just for wife's sake.....Do you have any females that you think show more promise than the others? One that you like better than the others??

All 3 are males. I do have a really pretty female that has been spoken for since they were born. If he backs out I will let you know. As of right now the middle pup in the top picture is the only one left.

Well dang it.....how do you think another intact male would do around Otis? What about if I had the puppy cut eventually? Would that just ruin him?

My kids play with the momma dog (Catahoula) but I don’t let them play with the Bulldog. I don’t think he would hurt them but I’m not gonna give him a chance to either. These dogs more than likely are gonna require a job or they will be a pain in the butt. Both parents have a high prey drive and love to work. They both come from working lines of dogs.

I haven’t had problems with dog aggression in any of my dogs and if it did show dog or human aggression it would be culled. That type behavior doesn’t work well in Hog Hunting. I honestly don’t think it would be a problem.

10-4....I really wanted a female but a larger male really might work out better anyways. I'd kinda like to have one dog that was a little more aggressive on live deer for when the situation called for it. I don't know if I want it to be a true catch dog yet or not but the mix of Catahoula and bulldog really intrigues me. I wouldn't mind having another guard dog in the yard too.

Google Catahoula Bulldog. We have one and you could not ask for a better dog to have around the house. Ours is ten. They are great with kids and protective of the homes.

Only time I have ever been bitten is by catahoula. They are very protective of their owners.
