Hardest part about doing this is waiting for them to get ready. I leave them set for several weeks before opening them. Good luck that looks good.

They look really good! Now I have to start up a new batch. It’s been a while.

Are they canned or just the kind you set in fridge and wait a few weeks for them to marinate? If you like hot next time slip some jalapeños or other favorite pepper in there too. I made some of the fridge variant and got them spicy. I loved them. Thanks now I’m craving them and will have to make some.

I put some crawfish boil and Penzeys black and red in there. Boiled half vinegar and half water. Boiled my lid and ring. Poured hot liquid over them and it sealed itself

Gonna get into them in about a week or so

The holes help the flavor get in better.

When I’m through with the jar of Vlasic pickles I’ll run some boiled eggs in the jar. ( pro tip add some liquid smoke over the top of em)
