I know of a place that's about 15 minutes from my house that has all different sizes of them. It is in Marianna Florida and the name of the place is McCoy's.

Thanks guys. Do you drain the oil between uses or just close the lid?

I have the cajun fryer. We fry fish about once a week this time of year. So I just close the lid.

I've got the cajun fryer also. Just leave oil in it and replace about once a year.

Keep any eye out on Facebook marketplace. I've seen them listed on there before. That's also where I found my cajun fryer for a good price.

Long way from you, but I've got one. Bought it for my Dad a few years ago, but he just gave it back and said he didn't use it as much as he thought he would...

2 gallon or 4 gallon? We use our 2.5 way more than our 4 gallon one

DOA don’t y’all have folks up this way in Decatur or is that somebody else I traded with before?
James I was debating between the 2 and the 4. Why do you prefer the 2 more?

It's a 4 gallon...pretty similar to the one in the pic above, but it's not stainless, and has a wheeled cart under it. It's a Cajun Fryer from BassPro... The fryer and cart shown here...

Less oil and easier too maneuver. We can cook for several people with the 2.5 gallon, but we also have the 4 gallon, and we use it when we have more people. But most time it's only 6 or 7 of us, and the 2.5 gets it done....

i bought an extra basket for my 2.5 gal saves about a minute or so between cooking. like James said you can do 6-7 people very easy with it. The 4 gal will cook alot of fish and fries fast for 10+..can't go wrong either way

Propane Refill Company south of downtown Ardmore. About the best price around plus they can service it if it ever needs anything.
