Its a blood extractor for starting a vein back before they could make needles small enough to do it like they do today. Back then needles were large, so they used that to get it going then put in a big needle connected to basically a garden hose size tube to pull blood. Folks were tough back then.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
