IF Biden is elected and has a medical condition that renders him unable to fulfill the duties of the President the VP will take over and the Speaker of the House assumes the VP position.....thats how Gerald Ford became President even though he was never elected President or VP....... Not correct. Nixon appointed Ford as his Vice President when Agnew quit. Article II, section 1, clause 6 of the constitution provides that in the event of a vacancy in the office of Vice President, the president appoints a new Vice President who is then confirmed by a majority vote of both houses of Congress. When the vice president assumes the office of president he can then choose his own vice president who has to be approved by congress. VP does not automatically go to the speaker of the house.

You are correct, Sir. Ford was not Speaker of the House , Repubs were in the minority when Nixon was Prez, I do think Ford was minority leader.

I told u guys months ago hillary would be vp If that happens, Biden is dead meat, guaranteed, and she could flat-footed own up to it and not be held to account. She is a politician in every sense of the word, and she has dirt on EVERYBODY just like J. Edgar Hoover did. She’s untouchable or Trump would already have her head on a pike. She won’t tolerate being second fiddle to anybody for long unless she has a clear plan to occupy that top office.
