Damn, I wish some of you would give me the Georgia Power ball numbers. Nobody knew how this would turn out. It was an unknown. Following our guidelines probably helped. Who knows how often this will come back ? Who knows how this will mutate? Anybody that says they knew the outcome in the beginning is full of it.

My day job is probably more exposed in a real situation than anyone in the medical field. Everyone I deal with is someone who was on the other side of the country 3 days ago So while the world is pampering the doomsday empire the real world moves on. Yes I hate it for those who’s lost loved ones but think of all the lives save from random traffic accidents while we live out this fairytale
You’re so full of chit. You are not more exposed than Hospital staff right now, I guarantee it. If you seriously believe that you are an idiot. I appreciate what you do but don’t act like you have it worse off than other people. Yeah you might deal with people from across the country or what ever but you are not right up next to them starting IVs, picking them up out of bed, bathing them, giving meds, etc. and the PPE shortage is very real. Ha, I’m not full of shucks at all. What does an IV or meds have to do with it. We’re not in a steralized environment with medical grade protection, we’re crawling around in a 8x14 mobile room looking for electrical issues or letting these Guys and gals get in a pickup or wrecker and ride with us for ever how far. It’s not a blood born pathogen we’re talking about here I don’t think I’ve got it better or worse than anyone either and I dont have hard feelings for loosing money cause at this point I’m not. I ain’t a damn fear monger, coward or a sheep either. The numbers for panic ain’t there. The numbers for concern barley are. You don’t wanna work with sick people, get another damn job.

Pretty accurate. Will go down as one of the most costly over reactions in history when it is all said and done and all the numbers are accurate. The most, not one of the most.

One thing that we can all agree on is that this time right now will adversely affect us all. And it has already. But out of all the things the politicians and medical experts got wrong they damn sure got that part right.

I ain’t a damn fear monger, coward or a sheep either. The numbers for panic ain’t there. The numbers for concern barley are. You don’t wanna work with sick people, get another damn job. You are delusional on the topic and it is evident you haven’t been in a hospital lately. Health care workers have to be within a very close proximity of these people. That’s what I was talking about when I mentioned starting an IV or giving meds. I said in my first post that we are running short on PPE so we are not wearing it for every single patient that comes in. Nothing about a hospital is sterile, yeah we clean the rooms after every patient but we are never closed, the only sterile place in a hospital is the Operating rooms. You are absolutely right about what you do puts you at a close proximity to people and I appreciate the service you provide. Just know we’re making contact with multiple people every day. On a final note, I love my job and what I do. I love taking care of sick people, it’s a very rewarding career and I never said I disliked my job. Even when hard headed idiots come through the door in a time of need I’m still going to do everything I can for them. I never complained about my job and I’m damn sure happy to have one right now.

Does anyone know which hospital in Alabama is overwhelmed with Covid19 patients or has a lack of equipment? Which clinic? Madison County population 373,000 169 confirmed cases after testing began. 11 people currently in the Hospital due to Covid19. 2 deaths

Why was South Korea not over run? I’ll tell you why. Because when the officials told the people to practice social distancing and to stay at home, the people obeyed. They listened. Compare that to Italy, Spain, France, NYC, New Orleans, and the UK. I can’t believe that some people watch the scenes of the ICU’s over run with patients where there are major out breaks and continue to say it’s a hoax. Denial aint a river. South Koreans did those things, yes. Definitely appears to have helped them mitigate their cases, unlke the northeast U.S. and other sites you mentioned. To be fair, though, their culture is long steeped in obedience, harmony, respect for their elders-family-authority, doing what they believe is right for the greater good, and knowing they'll suffer consequences of family dishonor for not doing those things. They see disobedience as a personal fault and grave family disgrace to current family members and ancestors. To add to that, they go along with the civil authorities at risk of whatever penalties might be imposed.

Booger thankyou for your hard work during this mess. These guys don't care about anyone but themselves, you're just wasting your breath and time. That’s where you are absolutely wrong. I care about all the hard working self sufficient Americans that solely because of this government over reach has been plunged into unemployment and possible long term poverty that will effect them way more severely than this virus with a less than 1% mortality rate has. Take precautions yes but shutdown the economy and force people out of work and out of business and dependent on government assistance was wrong.
