Was off Friday so social distanced myself to Limestone creek. First two spots I tried to do it in were so flooded that I headed to Arrow head landing. Road was under water so I just launched my kayak on the road. Wind was up and the water was way up, color wasn’t bad. Hunted for crappie and never found them. Got a good ways up the creek and got into some nice stripe. About a pound or better each fish. For a good while they were every cast. I don’t eat them so let them go. The paddle back against the wind was rough. Good day on the water, fun trip, plus those stripe are good fighting fish.
