Deer ain't hard to kill. I do prefer a bonded bullet though cause sometimes I might shoot one in the ass.

Very satisfied with this in my Abolt.

Nosler Partition 270 Win

I also shoot it in my 30-06 (also an Abolt). But my 7mm mag doesnt like them, in that I shoot Barnes ttsxbt 140 grain.

130gr Fusion or 130 gr Nosler Partition. End of search.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Me too. Man I have shot a bunch of deer with them and zero problems. Over probably 50 deer I have shot with them only had one get away and that was because I shot through brush which I shouldn't of anyway. They are an awesome round.

Tried the 130 partitions. That is what convinced me to get a 30-06. But I still have a .270 Winchester m70 for sale with a bunch of 130 partitions if anyone is interested.

I've been made fun of, but I shoot monarch 130 gr soft points. I have shot 4 or 5 deer with them. 1 went 50 yards. I shot 2 out to about 300 yards. I made good shots on all of them. I can't say how they would do on a marginal shot.

I have shot just about every weight and manufacturer and found Winchester powermax 150gr to be the best in my 700

I agree with this but have seen too many rounds of Remington core-lokts with bad primers and loose bullets. Granted all of those have been in 30-06 but it was enough for me to abandon them. I shoot Nosler accubonds and partitions now.

Core lokt bullets are a good design, but have the quality control of a Chinese toy factory. I've seen bad primers, loosely seated bullets, and poorly constructed bullets that will explode on contact. Shoot enough of them and you will get a bad lot.

Been wanting to try those to compare against accubonds.
