I have one of these. It’s an awesome gun to play with. I wonder if it could be a reliable turkey gun if I had it threaded to accept chokes? Would be simple to carry. Just a thought. I could see one of those guys using a fan shooting one of these although I’m not into that style of killing.

I looked it up. It’s still smooth bore. But the judge type .410 revolvers are about useless unless you jump out from behind a tail fan at 5 ft

No handguns for turkeys anymore, they changed the regs a couple years ago.

One reason I don't hunt Turkey is the regs are jacked up. I don't give .02 about shooting a Turkey
with a shotgun.

I feel like I may be partially to blame for them taking handguns off the legal arms list for turkeys. Had a conversation with a Montgomery GW a couple years ago and mentioned the centerfire handguns for turkeys legality. I jokingly told him that since it said centerfire handguns and since the ATF considers an AR pistol a handgun, that I was going to build me a 10" 223 pistol for those 150yd hung up birds. We didn't really agree on the legality of that loophole and I'm sure that comment made its way up the chain somewhere.

**Disclaimer** I would not actually stoop so low as to shoot a turkey with a rifle caliber grin

man, shooting a turkey in the face, with a shotgun, is just about the greatest feeling in the world. The *thud* when you pull the trigger...watching his head snap backwards so hard that it turns him a flip...the pink mist....man, it just doesn't get more satisfying than that.

Good. I wish more people would quit. You're an inspiration.

As long as you could aim it, it would probably be great. Since it's not a "handgun" it would also be legal.

A pistol would be more accurate. You couldn't hit a damn barn with that thing.

What a pattern! But I'd still not be happy if a guy on a property I hunt took that shot. Those birds need to separate a little more. Good way to end up with 2 in one shot or wound a second bird. I learned my lesson on that several times in my teens before ethics overrode the lust for killing.

Sure you could! Add an SB Tactical "arm" brace and red dot and shoot it like a regular shotgun...

As small as some folks are trying to go with turkey guns, I'm surprised no one has done it yet.

Lemme guess..... you wanna sit in a tent with a decoy 11 steps away and shoot them with a bow ?

No bows for me. And I've killed a few dozen with a shotgun, I just don't get the hype.
But if I could pop one with a Revolver, say in a .357, .38spcl+p, 327 Federal, or maybe
even a 22WMR - now that would interesting.
