Just had a venom put on my o/u. I haven’t shot it yet, but I’m sure I’ll like it. I’ll sure like not pulling my head and having to shoot twice to kill turkeys. Meant to say I had mine drilled and tapped. There’s a company that makes a base that attaches to a vent rib, but I can’t remember what their name was. I think they only made one for an 870 and something else, but it might could be modified to fit yours if you want to go that route. I said heck with it and drilled and tapped my $1500 o/u. It’ll always be mine until it’s passed on, so I wasn’t worried about it. FYI....I shot doves with my venom on my auto this year and shot really well (for me), so it’ll stay on from now on more than likely.

I was trying to avoid that but I guess my only option is to have it drilled. There’s a guy over here on 31 that just did my montefeltro. Did a good job.

I have clamp on open sights on mine. It's a bastard set, TruGlo front and Williams rear.
