My brother insulated his, put bunks in the front, left room in the back as a kitchen, but he also puts his 4 wheeler in there. Plenty of room for him, his kids, the dogs etc. he hunts all over with it. I’ll take a pic next time I’m at the farm. I don't think I'll insulated it but I plan on adding another layer of plywood to the walls and a new floor. Probably build shelves and a fold out bed . I need to be able to get my wheeler inside. Think I will get one of those small ridged job boxes from home depot to mount on the front. Id like to mount a rack on top for my kayak.

If you plan on sleeping in it when it's hot or cold you might want to reconsider insulating it.
