I was wondering if anyone had any info on this place ? It’s in Baldwin County on 225. Found some websites that said it was a public area. Trying to find out if it’s fishable or not.

This website clearly says it is a fishing lake. It's 14 acres and has a map.

Too bad Lake Raynogwa isn't still open in Loxley. I caught a ten there in 74.

The man who built Ranagua built my dam. Charlie Fincher Mine was the last he did before a bad skin cancer on his neck got him. You know they built a big subdivsion all the way around it and raise Canadian geese now?

Lake Laperouse Has been around a long time. I knew teenagers who snuck in to it and fished it in the late70's. Heard story's of being able to stand in one spot and catch 30-40 bass at times. Dr. Boothe of Spanish Fort has always owned it to my knowledge. I have never heard of him allowing fishing but it may be worth checking in to. H e has a dental office in Spanish Fort.

Jayhook the lady that ran it told us they were going to build the sub-division. It wasn't a big lake, but it had some big bass in it. I had heard a 14 came out of it.
