Had this buck come right underneath me the last week of season and watched him ease down the mnt. I'm terrible at aging deer so I'd like some of you more experienced agers help me out. Hoping hes able to pack on some more bone by next season.

Oh yea... are the deer below the same deer and the same as the deer from the top two pictures? The very bottom picture looks like a thicker body. But it could be the angle. Ignore any dates from 2015.. didnt realize a few camers dates were wrong. All pics from this year.

No doubt it's a nice deer. Our minimum is 120" . If it's a mature buck age wise, it can be shot regardless of size. We've got a 7 pt running around that's old as dirt and maybe only 110" that I'd be tickled to kill... but me personally, I'm trying not to shoot every 115-120" 3-4yr old I see. If next yr hes a 120" 5yr old and i see him, I'll put a hole in him or try to. There was another nice little 8pt running with this one that I hope made it through the season.

I really hope the 145-150" deer I put a bad shot on shows back up next yr. I lost sleep about him for a few nights.. but luckily he showed back on camera 5 nights later ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I dont think it would have made 120 either but I would love to hear the opinions of some who know what their talking about on that.

Deer in the third picture is a different deer and definitely younger.

Do you think the deer on the bottom is the same as the top 2? Body looks different to me and I can't tell enough about the head gear to decide if I think it's the same or not.
