Some plots I have where a tree on the edge just aint going to cut it for trail cam placement, I've found it better to put a tripod in middle of plot with camera mounted on.
Only problem is, those are expensive to buy $25 - $40 plus shipping.

Make Tripod for less than $4 and mount for $3 (Note: I'm going to use the legs to make tripod like first vid and the camera mount going through the legs in second vid)

Ain't nothing a sharp knife can't fix

Take a 2x4 (or cut off a piece of scrubby tree) sharpen on one end, apply sledge hammer to the other end.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

T-post will work really well when no trees and they can't get knocked over. Screw in tree mounts are simple to make. Just a few bucks at HD and you can make a few
