Any light will work. As soon as the seed germinates put the light about 2” above plants and raise light as plants grow. Keep the light just above the plant. It the light is to far, the plant will grow to fast and get leggy. As soon as it get warm enough move the plants outside for short periods of time so they can acclimate to the sun. Also if you are starting tomato plants, you will have to transfer plants to larger containers as the plants grow.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

DO NOT use LED light. They don’t have the color variations regular lights have for plant growth.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
