Any of y'all take it? Pros/cons?
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

It works. Took it for a few days about a week ago while I was fighting a bad cold. Slept like a drunk passed out on Bourbon Street those few nights.

Are you talking about the gummies? My wife takes those because she has trouble staying asleep. It seems to help her and there haven’t been any negative side effects.

Why not just take melatonin? I have and it does nothing for me. My issue is that I go right to sleep but wake up sometime during the night and will be awake for who knows how long. I may have to get back on my prescribed med. It's cheap and works real well but I hate taking yet another drug.

When NyQuil had codeine in it I would have crazy dreams about dinosaurs and monsters. After they took the codeine out it don't do that to me.
This ZzzQuil that I'm trying is clear liquid. I woke up at 2:30am and pretty much been awake since. I'll go thru the whole bottle and see if it gets any better.
