How much would someone be willing to lease turkey rights only in northeast Alabama? 700 acres of mountainous terrain with it being 70% pines, 30% hardwoods. Turkey’s are seen or heard on nearly every deer hunt.

I lease it for deer hunting, only me. It’s gonna get a little steep next year for me to pay. So, I am looking to let 1 dude or however many dudes join with me for turkey hunting only. It’s in Cherokee county. It’s going to be burned right after deer season, so not sure what it will do to turkey this season.
