I will never spend money on anything other than synthetic materials. Wood will asbsorb and warp if it sees enough water, synthetic you can grab a water extractor/shop vac if there's a leak. Real hardwood is all I have ever had. This bamboo is the first pre-finished product I’ve ever bought. I also bought about 300 square feet extra in case it gets messed up. I’ve had oak floors and pine floors and I’ve never had a problem with water damage. They can always be sanded and refinished. In my opinion, they get better with age and wear.

Just did 3 bedrooms in solid bamboo. That other stuff is just particle board. This^^^ We found some solid strand bamboo that is 1/2" thick. It click locks together, so no glue or nails. We did our whole house in it and we also did the cabin lofts in it. Not only is this stuff beautiful, but it goes down easy and is hard as a rock and super durable. I think we got it on sale for $2.50 a square foot and it has been worth every penny of it. Beautiful stuff. About the only negative about it is the splinters while you are installing it are a booger. Be careful when you are cutting and installing it. This is the exact stuff we bought, it looks like it's gone up about .50 cents since we installed ours about 6 or 7 years ago... https://www.lumberliquidators.com/l...ick-Bamboo-Flooring-PRQCHSBAMAJ/10033624Keep in mind this is not engineered particle board crap or plastic, it's solid bamboo all the way though.
