I have a weird "hollow" type feeling mixed with dull and sharp pain in my private area. Basket ball area especially. But it alternates from me lower belly down to the private parts and into my inner thighs. Especially if i pick up a drink or anything at all now. Im getting nauseous on and off too. It just hit me an hour ago as i walked out the door to go eat with wife. Had to turn around and come home. Aint getn any better as i lie here. The pain alternates from place to place. Its so weird and uncomfortable.

Yesterday i climbed up on a trackhoe and pulled myself up with 1 arm and 1 leg. I felt a slight pain on and off since then. But now its worse. Im fixing to go to the ER i guess. Every bump on the road hurts. Its non stop pain down their now. Weird pain too. Never felt this before. It radiates out through my private part.

Last week i was in my garage insulating the walls and think i pulled something as i hung full sheets of plywood alone. I say that because that night in bed i felt it. Everyday almost i felt it for a few minutes. But as i walked out the door just now, it came back and hasnt let up and is so uncomfortable i can barely sit still. Have yall had this before? I hope its just a pulled muscle. Im 38 and never had a surgery. Im terrified lol. Yall have any stories or know what this is? Its a weird feeling and its torture. Im in bad shape. I dread the trip to hospital and the news.

Go to the ER. If a hernia is painful then you need to go to the ER now.

Im sorry i was unclear. Im wondering if this IS a hernia? Kinda hoping you guys with experience could give me some info or tips. Im laying in bed for the last 30 minutes to see if it quits hurting down there. Its gotten a little better but not much. I dont know if i tore something or if i created a hurneia. Thats me question. I know if i move or walk it gets worse.

Sounds like appendicitis to me ....which can be fatal if not caught in time, I would be headed to the dr and not browsing aldeer, well I would be browsing aldeer with someone else driving me to the hospital

Sounds like vaginitis, but could be hernia, testicular torsion, or strained intraspinous muscles. I’d be headed to ER cause incarcerated hernia untreated equals dead bowel.

Sounds like you might have an Inguinal Hernia. Does the pain increase if you put pressure or strain on your abdomen?

Could be a kidney stone also.

Either way if you are bad off seek professional medical treatment

Get your butt out of bed and head on down to the ER, NOW!

If not the ER at least go to a Doc in a Box. It may be more serious than a hernia. One of the guys I hunt with has a double hernia and it limits him but he is putting the surgery off until it is more convenient for him. If you are nauseous and can't lift a drink, I'm guessing something else that needs to be checked on.

Be a man and get your a-- to a doc in the box at least or down to the hospital and get it looked at.

If you think you might have a hernia and it is strangulated (small intestine pinched between the herniated muscle), then you are really going to be in a world of hurt if you put off getting looked at by a physician.

I had (and have a second) hernia, and what you are describing is not run of the mill hernia bulge symptoms.

Just get on to the hospital. Better safe than sorry

You are in the process of dying. Go to the doctor to see if he can delay it.
