If you only have a few men hunting it then there's no way they can keep poachers out. Personally that's just too much land to ever hunt. I was in a club just a little bit bigger than that and we had 35 members. You hardly saw another member ever during the year and I never put a dent in the place in 7 years hunting it. I couldn't imagine planting it, maintaining roads, etc.
