The one in my garage started chirping a few years ago so I replaced the battery. Chirping didn’t stop. I pulled the battery out and the chirping stopped, even though it’s not supposed too. So, I just left the battery out of that one. Is that the smartest thing to do? Nope. If it stopped chirping after you took the battery out . Imo ,,,, you have a wire loose

Like the actual alarm? Don't know. Just the one starts chirping When you test one do they all go off. I'd replace the one chirping and go from there No, just the one tested goes off, not all of them. I'm going to piddle with it tomorrow. It's randomly stopped for the past 30 minutes.

I just replace them when a fresh battery won’t stop the problem 100%.
They’re high but worth the price. Idk how one would affect another though....

Removing the battery, in theory, should be the same as just having a dead battery.

It chirps with a WEAK battery If you can pull the battery out to stop the chirp and still test it then it's a new one on me . Lol
