Others left. Big doe literally walked under my shooting house. Another big doe came through. Now let’s see some antlers!

7 does 2 spikes running the does all over the field. I almost got skunked for real, sidestepped one on the way to the truck. I spotted him when he was about 30ft away, he threw his tail up and came toward me, I guess to see what I was, made me nervous for a minute. Liked to have been a stinky situation.

We saw 1 Stephen and his buddy saw 9 and not a horn anywhere. They did have a bobcat try and get a fawn but the doe ran him off. They weren’t able to get a shot at it.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Wind was daggum whippin this evening on a cutover.
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Sat from 1230 to dark on a food plot in the middle of a power line.....didn't see a single thing. Nada. Nothing.

Thanks, everyone!!! With me killing the buck so early, I pulled “dad duty” the rest of the day and my wife was able to go shopping with some of her friends. She NEVER does this, so I was more than happy to oblige. Me and little man had a bachelor day: cleaned the buck, road around in dada’s truck, went to the processor, etc. It was a great day!!!

Skullworks let us know if you find the buck Will do. Had a fast and furious 15 minutes with 5 does in a field...buck comes in, makes a scrape and then chases the dies off the field. Another buck comes in and fiancé gets a shot. Never shot at a deer and gut shoots him. Got a little blood but we backed out until this morning. Fixing to go see if we can find it.
"I'm not near as critical about how big they are as I once was. Smiles are more important now! We will grow more deer." Jimmy G.
