Live from Freedom Hills this morning. I love this warm weather. I’m up on top of a ridge covered in red oaks and scrapes. I struggled finding my tree this morning so I have stomped a 20 yard radius around my tree. I just hope the mud holes washed all the scent off my rubber boots. I always walk in and scrub my boots in mud holes and rake back dirt in the woods to get scent off of them. Wind is perfect and I’m in a very good spot with limited shooting. Good luck y’all.

I had no idea there was this many scrapes in here till it got daylight. He has this place tore up. I still see some red oaks hanging in the tree. Bad thing, wind is swirling also.

Had no cell service for some reason this morning. I got in my stand by the cutover, jumped several on the way there, listened to several walking around just before first light then nothing. Did hear numerous shots though.

Set up on a water oak flat that’s surrounded by water and a cutover. There’s fresh rubs and scrapes in here, just had a 70 lb spike come in and rub on a tree a bigger has worked over.
