Good grief what a backstrap. I was talking with a customer in BC yesterday that hunts moose. He said you best have a good aim, sharp knives, and a tarp to drag out the meat. You want to cut them up and get them out quickly because of bears. You want to put them on the ground quickly because they will charge you. He also said they taste better than a whitetail does.

My late grandmother has had all of the big game meat available in North America except sheep and goat and she said that by far, the best was moose.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

There’s a big ole hunting world right here in North America. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten to experience yet. Someday soon.

That inner loin is huge. That is more impressive than the backstrap. Agree. That’s as big as a cow’s.
