Poarch. Think they can buy the state? Not as long as the current passel of 'buyers' continue lining the right pockets.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Why take just a billion? The state should take bids for the exclusive gaming rights for a specific period of time. Then we can find out who’s really interested and how much he rights are truly worth. Makes too much sense...

Set the casino up near georgia and get all that lotto money. My first thought was Gulf Shores, due to the volume of out of state money.

As I have said before, the porch and creek are some smart cookies. I don't know if it's the Indian's as much is it is the white man investors that are using the Indians and their heritage.
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

FYI Mississippi just got scratch offs and about to get the lottery. Generally poor folks who can’t afford it, have voluntarily surrendered $9million in just a few days.

FYI Mississippi just got scratch offs and about to get the lottery. Generally poor folks who can’t afford it, have voluntarily surrendered $9million in just a few days. truth. even if the first $80mil is slated for infrastructure (roads/bridge repair), the wrong sector is footing the bill. ironically, we have to fix the roads to woo major industry to build, so they can provide jobs to (mainly) that sector that paid for the roads they will use to transport the goods produced.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

The lottery is a tax on people who are bad at math. That said, I have played the lottery in both Georgia and Florida under the premise that you can't dream of what it would be like to win if you don't play. So... Even knowing that the likelihood of being struck by lightning was greater than winning, I played anyway.

I always heard that's what the investors/developers of OWA had planned was another casino and a state paid road to connect them door to door.
