Neither is synthetic "milk" made from nuts and plants.

How much I drink depends directly on how many Oreos I have on hand! All kidding aside, a glass of ice cold milk just before bedtime is the ticket.

My four year old drinks almost a gallon a day. But that’s all he drinks. I knock out about half a gallon a day.

Neither is synthetic "milk" made from nuts and plants.

It’s not synthetic. Most of it is just nuts, water, sweetener, thickening agent, and vitamins. No hormones made to make cows grow.

Before I had to cut WAY back on the carbs b/c I'm a fat bastard, I would have cookies and whole milk every night before bed. Now to get my fix, I will drink a unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add a little splenda to it maybe once or twice a week. Haven't found a good substitute for the cookies yet, but there are some decent sugar free low carb protein bars that'll do in a pinch.

My grandfather did this with buttermilk. Used to make me gag but he loved it. I wish I could watch him drink just one more glass, now.

I love cold buttermilk. Can chug it straight outta the bottle.
