It's got everyone's attention because he can't pay for it. Another empty, insane promise from a mentality ill demoncrat. Yes and here's the first problem for anyone of our kids... "*-Student must attend a Birmingham City School"For Democrats to be so “inclusive”, they sure don’t mind excluding us.

2.0 GPA huh? Really setting the bar high there. Is having someone with a 2.0 really the best candidate for working in finance, healthcare, or engineering?

Oh and BTaw.... you only have to have a 2.0 GPA? WTF? Why don’t we ask a little less from our kids. I knew Fkers who smoked weed everyday in high school that had 3.5 GPA’s........just keep lowering the standards Come on brotha, Einstein made C’s in grade school. With that line of thinking, imagine the potential of bham city schools! Einstein was actually top of his class throughout school. This is just something made up to tell average students to give them motivation. He did receive a C average on a technical college entrance when he was 16. But the test was in french and was not a language he was proficient at.

I’m not sure how many people realize it, but college is already free. Yes, that’s right, community college is already for essentially everyone willing to go. Many start, few will finish. And I think less than 10% will get a 4 year degree. Think I could get my money back.
If you're gonna be stupid you better be tough.

If one wants to go to college bad enough, their are plenty of options to do it. But you have to work for it.

The community college near here is $2,700/year, not semester. That's like $220/mo. I bet a lot of people have cable bills that cost that much. That's crazy talk. People would have to make better decisions in life for something like this to make sense.
