Stop drinking alcohol and eating cheese.

Take fish oil immediately to start it cleaning and thinning the mucus out, and put a sock full of rice in the microwave (warm dry heat) on it as often as you can.

I’d have to start to stop. If something in my diet caused me to have Stye’s I think it would happen more than once every 20 or so years.

I had forgotten about this thread after posting it until I saw it just now. Apparently it popped not long after I posted the original post. After I posted the other night my wife said she had some ointment for them. I put some of that in my eye and it irritated the heck out of it. I ended up rubbing my eye a whole lot to get that stuff out and must have cleared it in the process. I’m not complaining
