First question: I’ve watched different videos online of some cheap methods and expensive methods for cutting carbon fiber arrows. What have you used for cutting these arrows. What has been the best in terms of cost/cleanest cuts. Thanks!

2: What method have you found best suited for fletching your arrows? Do you use a EZ fletcher of some kind? How do the tape on feathers bode?

3: what is the best way to remove old vanes/feathers? Just a simple razor blade?
Thanks!

1. Buy an arrow saw
2. I use a jo jan fletch tool (it was free). I use vanes and impact resistant glue
3. I use a knife but I think a fletching removal tools prolly easier. Razor blade may cost you some arrows. You'll probably cut into the carbon.

This will be for a recurve application but I think all what you said still applies.

1. Bite the bullet and buy an arrow saw. The money you waste screwing up arrow shafts by attempting to do it the “cheap” way will pay for it.

2. Bitzenburger jig and Gorilla Super Glue

3. Utility knife

Arrow saw
I use a blazer fletching jig for blazer vanes and a bitzenburger for anything else and I like the fletch tite, the super glue stuff is too brittle for my liking
And I use a utility knife

1. Arrow saw
2. I use an AZ EZ Fletcher for vanes and loc-tite superglue gel. Tried using it with feathers many years ago and don't recommend it. Go with the Bitzenburger for feathers..
3. Very dull pocket knife.
