There's a pretty large venue place that's in a nice area just north of huntsville in Harvest, off of Harvest rd. I'm pretty sure that one is creekside as well.
Also another large venue opened up on i-65 just south of the tennessee border. I heard it was really cool inside. https://m.facebook.com/HarvestHollow/My niece recently had her wedding there, beautiful venue and setup nicely for photos. It is in the middle of nowhere. The OP mentioned rain, I can say that older mansions in enclement weather make for a miserable day. They just don't have the options that larger venues have. They're fine for smaller weddings however. Another suggestion is to have all the photos taken before hand so ya'll get to enjoy the day as well.

We had my daughter's wedding at Barn at Shady Lane. It's between Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge so there is golfing and hotel right there to use. They are great people to deal with and it can also do indoor as well as outdoor which is why we used it as well.

If she's not willing to get married at the hunting camp, with less than 10 people present, then you should move on. Better yet, dont get married at all
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

We all stayed ar Ross Bridge and were bussed back and forth
