I usually just toss it in croc pot and make BBQ Sammichs. That reminds me, i need to give the Wife's insta pot a whirl this year.

Brown it in a skillet on all sides, then place in a crockpot. Put carrots and sliced potatoes(if you like onions, put onions). I like to make some brown gravy(about two cups worth) that's still runny. I pour the gravy over everything in the crockpot. Put on high for about 4 hours or until it starts to get tender, then turn to low or warm. Very good and easy.
