The Montgomery police need to look at this guy for another kidnapping\ killing. according to the facebook, his baby mamas best friend came up missing last year and was never found.

He’d already got out of shooting at cops. Ridiculous. Hope they find that girl and then find him dead. When did he shoot at cops? I don’t see any such charges on his record.

Y'all stay safe. Liberal judges are turning thugs like this out all the time. Not going to stop either. But I'm told that we would be safer if honest folks didn't have guns. Democrats are destroying this country. How did liberal judges have anything to do with this? He has only been convicted of possession of drugs once.

According to this link ArrestsThe piece of crap has bonded out on $545,000 in bonds since 2012...seems like he must have someone with money backing him. Those are just his arrests in Alabama and only the ones that show on that website (I would imagine he has other arrests as well). I have read his entire criminal record. He only has one prior conviction. Making bond isn’t hard. Bond companies allow you to only pay 10% also you can post property.

That's why violent criminals should not be given bond. The purpose of the justice system is protect the citizens. Period. United States Constitution be damned.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

All those charges were either dismissed or no billed by the grand jury. Now, that many charges dismissed is crazy. But, that is on the police and DA, not a judge. He's right. I hate to admit it but it's true. How a grand jury doesn't indict a SOB for ramming a police car is beyond me. Somebody dropped the ball on this guy. He is one mean dude with not one shred of humanity in him. An unspeakable tragedy somebody had to actually die for him to be finally taken off the streets. Also, this won't be the only arrest in this case. Others are involved. Dr. B

Doe killer it was a few years ago when he shot at the two officers and what I am understanding is the grand jury did nothing to him.
Not sure if the news had mentioned it but this is the same guy that nearly killed a 77 y/o man from beating him during a robbery at a hotel.
These are only some of the things he’s done that is known. There’s no telling what he’s gotten away with. Yep. And there was a crowd there that helped with the beating of that elderly man. He is a waste of good O2. All of them are. Dr.

Here's the TRUTH about grand juries in certain areas. The natives make it difficult to get indictments against some of these animals, not liberal judges or prosecutors. They will no bill some of these thugs despite what would appear as clear, convincing evidence to anyone with a bit of sense.

Does me good to see the meanness and evil in this world hunted and caught. One would think the lessons of drugs&thuglife being caught by the hounds of Justice would be taught and learned. I'm all for equal justice under the law I'm also for arming the population to test Heinlein's theory of the armed society is the polite society. Yes everyone includes every taxpayer.
