Police have made an arrest in the disappearance of the young lady from Auburn a week or two ago. They are not the biggest department with the most reaources, but all in all the Auburn PD is a pretty crack group of officers and investigators. I don't advocate it because I'm a law and order type person, but I can guarantee her dad could find out what happened to his daughter if given five minutes alone with this guy. For those that don't know who her father is, he's one of the toughest guys around in one of the toughest combat sports (MMA) around.
Correction: he has not been arrested yet but there are warrants.

Sad world to try and bring up up a daughter in. And the advent of the world wide web and then smart phones has made it even harder to keep them safe from predators. There was a white girl in Mobile, reportedly a "good girl", who somehow fell in with a black thug and they or he robbed a motel in Mobile area - and then she ended up dead somewhere up in Ohio. The thug has been arrested. I have a feeling that the Blanchard girl also got contacted by a thug on social media, ended up meeting him and then got kidnapped and murdered. Parents got to be more vigilant now then ever.

The Auburn Police Division has identified the person of interest as Ibraheem Yazeed, 30 years of age from Montgomery Alabama. A warrant has been obtained for his arrest for the charge of Kidnapping in the first degree. Currently, the US Marshal’s Fugitive Task force along with other agencies assisting in this investigation are actively searching for Yazeed. Yazeed is currently out on bond for the charges of Kidnapping and Attempted Murder from another jurisdiction; he should be considered dangerous and potentially armed.
The charge stems from the investigation of the disappearance of Aniah Haley Blanchard between Wednesday, October 23, 2019, and Thursday, October 24, 2019. Further investigation and analysis of evidence has determined that Yazeed, was at the same location Blanchard was last seen and is involved in taking Aniah against her will. Additional charges and/or arrests are anticipated.

Sad to say but, I believe Aniah's body is somewhere in the Tuskegee National Forest. Unfortunately I wouldn't bet against that, another possible and in my opinion worse, is she was sold into sex slavery.

Sad to say but, I believe Aniah's body is somewhere in the Tuskegee National Forest. I doubt that myself. She came up missing in Montgomery by a guy from Montgomery. We shall see. I told my wife days ago they will find her body after Nov. 23. Maybe sooner now with these new developments but this guy is going to be a tough nut to crack....assuming they have the right guy.

Where are you seeing an arrest? I don’t see anything about an arrest. I see a suspect named and charged, but not an arrest. This
