I let a young 8 point walk at about 10am. Found a rub on an 8” diameter cedar. They are about to bust loose here!!!

I went in with daylight to keep from bumping deer off the corn when it’s still dark. Made it about 12 feet up in my climber when I heard deer on me sure enough a bachelor group of 3 bucks two of which i’ve got on camera and would shoot. My bows on the ground I stood still and they walked on by at 18 yards.

Thats sucks...i didn't see any came home for lunch and 2 r eating corn by my driveway smh

Cold, foggy, 6 mile boat ride this morning. It was so foggy that I had to drive by using my GPS headed down river. Wound up seeing three females. Gonna head back here directly

Well got lucky this morning!!! Been studying the map, on hunt stand hard and contour lines at our hunting club. Found something that caught my eye on there Monday, and went and hung a stand there Tuesday knowing it was gonna rain for two days! Fast fwd to this morning I thought the deer would be coming through early, and I was right this dude came down the trail right by me and I made the shot at 40 yds. It wasn’t the best shot, but it was quartering just enough to be lethal! This is my first racked buck with a bow! Got Him in Mt. Olive

Back on wheeler. Decided to hike about 1.5 mile back, didn’t look good so I backed 2/3s of the way out. I set up under some oaks next to a stream. Saw some tracks on the bank, maybe fresh sign? Not expecting much, first time in this area. When do buck’s start rubbing? I’m only seeing old rubs.

Got out to a ground blind on our small chunk of land on Green Mtn in Huntsville at about 1:30. been seeing a lot of deer in the evenings on the cameras, so I’m hoping to get lucky.

Congrats possum. Ended up seeing a small buck when I got down this morning. Sitting on greenfield that was select cut around it about 3 weeks ago. Wind is iffy

I knew that my doe was quartered away but dang. Arrow went through her side, penetrated her lung then exited out of her chest and went through her neck cutting her wind wipe. (I suppose with her head being down eating walking away). Ram cats destroyed her.
