Years ago there is NO WAY I wouldn’t have been at the club today.

I didn’t even consider going today.

I “might” go tomorrow if the weather is ok and my 14 year old wants to try to get one with his xbow.

Yes it does. I still enjoy going but I'm not near as fired up about it as I used to be.

I was thinking the same thing earlier today. .
Today, if I watch the 6:00 Alabama game will be the 1st Saturday I know of, of me watching football games ALL day.

And I'm perfectly fine and happy with that!! smile

God Bless,

It's just too damn hot down here right now. So I'm watching football.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I still don’t like them but I too ain’t quite as mad as I used to be.

Now, any out of state hunt or ANY turkey that lives anywhere is in danger but Alabama whitetails are mostly safe.

Me either. Use to be in a tree from start of season to the end but haven’t even graced the woods yet.

I like to sleep in on the weekends these days. Even when I'm gun hunting I mostly let everybody else go on in and I go about 7:30ish.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I have gotten to the point I really don’t care to hunt that much. I really just want the family to kill them while I watch unless a big one shows up which is rare. I’ve got several really nice deer on camera this year but won’t hunt them till the youth hunt when Stephen can go. I’m afraid one of them might show up and I’d have to kill it with my bow.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

I’m still fired up to go to the club but not as much about hunting as I used to be. I still love being on the mountain.

Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.

I enjoy tracking with my dogs far more than hunting these days. I'm glad to have gotten into it when I did.

Same here. I may just hunt muzzleloader week and a week of muzzy at a WMA in
Dec. and call it good for deer.
Gonna try my hand at calling up a Bobcat the rest of the time.

My hunting light burns kind of dim.
I’d like to kill a big deer but lost desire to shoot does and spikes and stuff.
I think it’s laziness. I don’t want to fool with the bodies.
I do enjoy a good sit in the woods. And I love running trail cams.
Buddy of mine says I need to be thinking of an African hunt.
