I’ve been doing the diet and laying off the beers. I haven’t drank a beer since July 1. Dropped 40# this summer mostly cutting beer out and going to diet Liptons and titos

I’ve been doing the diet and laying off the beers. I haven’t drank a beer since July 1. Dropped 40# this summer mostly cutting beer out and going to diet Liptons and titos I’m down 30 myself. Been walking morning and afternoon when I can and cutting the food intake back.

Same. Only 2 meals a day with breakfast the fir sure one. Coffee for breakfast and a chicken bacon club salad from roosters for lunch 3-4 days a week. Publix makes a strong salad too. I’ve been buying extra and putting them in the cooler for the ballfields and weekends
