What’s y’all’s thoughts? Anybody ever been? Got drew for unit 6!

Fantastic hunting. Ton of deer just find a food source or good trail and you’re bound to see a bunch.

24-26 of oct

Don’t plan on any kind of food plots being up yet down there. The deer should be hitting the acorns hard still so just look for a good oak that’s dropping. And with section 6 being right on the river you can probably expect to see a few hogs too

We’re did you guys stay at?

We have always stayed at the best western in Jackson. But there is room at the check station to camp which is what I think we are going to do this year.

We’re is that at and how do I contact them?

The check station is on the SOA, it’s where you have to go to get your daily permits and check your kills in. You can email Bruce Todd about it, he’s the one who sent you your section info.
