that engineered and oversaw the construction of the new Dug Hill Road crossing of Hwy 72, on the east side of Huntsville, should face a firing squad at sunup tomorrow. The death rate at that intersection will absolutely go up significantly now.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

It’s ALDOT. What did you expect? The same motherfuckers that thought paving hwy 20 west of Decatur during daylight hours in 100 degree heat for last month during corn harvest with hundreds of thousands of bushels of corn headed to Decatur was a great idea. I’d like to slap the sheeit outta the one round here

It’s ALDOT. What did you expect? Matt, I didn't think anybody was capable of screwing up a dangerous road crossing like this new shitshow that they built. It's quite incredible.

I saw a sign on 280 today saying that they are starting construction on it tomorrow. The road is as smooth as baby's rear end, but they are gonna rip it apart and redo it anyway because they already had more money than they could spend, and now they have the new gas tax. You won't be able to go anywhere in the state without getting caught up in construction on state roads. County roads will continue to get worse; they fixed so they get only a tiny % of the money. My mama wanted me to have my own road building company. But no, I had to be preacher.

Roundabouts are good things. People just don't know how to use them.

They’re talking about putting a roundabout in river falls where 55&84 intersect. It may work good but i see it ending badly

They’re talking about putting a roundabout in river falls where 55&84 intersect. It may work good but i see it ending badly How many folks do you think understand how one works that live down here? I know how they work and have driven through several but they still make me nervous as all get out if the traffic is heavy. I think that it will make that intersection a bigger cluster than it already is. I think the best solution is to build an elevated curved exit from 55 south to 84 east. Of course, maybe the best thing would be a regular stop light. I know some that would prefer that all that beach traffic just avoid Andalusia altogether, but that would cut out all the extra tax dollars the city gets from those folks who stop and buy anything in town.

Roundabouts are good things. People just don't know how to use them. This^^^ People in general just don't know how to drive period. Using a roundabout is far to advanced for most people.

First time I saw it I thought the same thing Wiley. My daughter had a BAD wreck at 72 and Doug Hill in 2010. That's a bad crossing, looks like they made it worse .

Roundabouts are good things. People just don't know how to use them. The one they put in works well it's just different and the center is pavers and will be destroyed soon from trucks hitting the pavers daily

The most incompetent bunch of morons I ever tried to work with. And that's no joke. They seem to celebrate and reward incompetence.
