When your in your mid 20s and think you can tote that shop vac and all those extension cords down those concrete stairs. Throw that SOB out the front door. Back injuries suck. I used to carry dryers on my back up 2 and 3 flights of stairs when i was maybe 25 doing maintenance might be good advice now not to do that. going to chiropractor twice a month to be able to function with somewhat reduced pain sucks. Got to go with this one for sure. Being overgrown sucks when you get older. Take care of your body and give your loved ones a extra hug.
