The only meat that should be cooked medium rare is bacon. I’ll take the rest of mine cooked to medium. I’ve never had an issue with it not being tender and delicious.

Looks fantastic.
How long did it take to get to temp? A lot quicker than I expected it to but it was hot as all get out that day so my grill was running hotter than I wanted it to. I think all in all I had them on there for about 3.5 hours.
