Big shout out to Mr. Clark, and his inspiring weight loss. Since April 1st I have lost 65 lbs following his advice. Guys if I can do this anyone can I loved to eat, but if you can hang in there for about 3 weeks, seemed that I quit craving all the junk I used to eat. Or that's about how long it took for me. I know nothing about how to eat healthy, all i did was quit bread, sweet's, potatoes and only drink water or splenda tea. I have met my first goal set, now to keep going to get to my desired weight. Again thank you Mr Clark!

central ala,
Because of him I have started the same weight loss program. I drink water but my problem is I also have to have sports drinks in this heat to help with cramps.

That's awesome. Congrats!

I don't know what to say guys except that I am very happy for you guys. I do know what it's like to be heavy and I wish you guys all the best. Congrats go to anyone who can change their life a lot more than to anyone who just told them,or even showed them that they could.

65 lbs is pretty freaking awesome Spot. Way to go man!

When I started and I knew I had more than 100 lbs to lose,it seemed a very daunting task. 150 lbs later I have learned that it doesn't matter if you have to lose 150 or just 15 you have to do it one day and one meal at a time. Just keep to the plan and you will reach any goal if you don't give up.

Pickle juice seems to work up to a point. I sweat and cramp way more than pickle juice will fix. I have to have sports drinks or at least that is all I have found to work. A banana a day works for my wife

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I would suggest the Gator Aid Zero's. I also take a potassium pill and Kale is high in potassium. I lost weight on the artificial sweetened drinks. I just quit them when I learned how they kill good gut bacteria which helps fight disease.

I do drink the Zeros. I have nerve damage in my neck that cause my right arm to cramp and basically quit working at the end of a hot day. Nothing but rest can stop that arm from cramping.

You sure its cramping and not actually aching? If aching alternate hot and cold packs. Works wonders on my bum azz knee

Would CBD oil help? My mid 60’s parents are taking it now and say their aches and pains are all but gone. Those are the last 2 people on this earth I’d ever think would try it.

Well RHs motivation has gotten me to thinking hard lately about my own weight issues and I had decided earlier today that in the morning I am going to start the Keto diet... I was all set about 3 weeks ago and a friend had a stroke that had been on the diet and lost over 100lbs. His Dr told him it was the worst diet he could have been on. They said his blood basically was to thick because of it. I don't know how but that's what he said they told him. But I have to do something.

Centralala have you tried the Body Armor drinks? They are much lower in sugar that Gatorade and have some different and really good flavors.

I'm not at the 50 lb. mark yet like Spot, but I will attest to the fact that RH Clarks posts on here have been inspirational for several of us to start losing weight. I'm either 5 or 6 weeks in and have dropped 24 lbs. i'm already feeling much better and have a very noticeable increase in energy.
