I'd have jumped in the boat and cleaned house with wooden boat oar.

I'd have gone to jail after I broke a 4' Feather Brand paddle over someone's skull.

I bet they wouldn’t be so froggy after several .40 caliber leaks in the bottom of their boat.

Is a boat considered the same as a car? If someone trys to run over you, is it not assault with a deadly weapon or attempted murder?

I’m asking.

I would think that 7’ rod he’s holding would be pretty effective.

I'd have used what I had in my hand at the time. I'd have broken the tip off that rod beatin the smoke out of the guy sitting closest.

If my family was in the boat. It would have ended badly.

Would like to know what led up to that. Looks like road rage on the water.

Dude in the back about lost his foot. They were ramming you with a boat, no different than ramming you with a car - actually more dangerous than in a car.

Lot's of stupid in that video. I didn't read anything but is there any backstory to this?

Reading through the comments, it sounds like the 2 dudes in the jon boat were mad that these guys were fishing around their docks. Apparently they felt like the water around their docks was private and didn't want these guys there and commenced to ramming them and cussing them.

As tempting as it would have been to put several holes in the bottom of their boat, that would most likely have ended poorly (legally) for the guys in the bass boat. They probably did the best thing they could have done by getting it all on video and reporting it to the authorities. Supposedly they've been identified in the comments section.

From what I gathered, he was fishing close to a marina. The guys in jonboat possibly worked for the marina and they didn’t want ppl fishing there. That’s all I’ve read.

So, here's a question..............

I know if you're fishing on a public lake, you can fish around docks and such, you just can't get out of the boat onto the docs. But can you ride up into a marina to fish? Can they legally stop you? How's that work?
